The groundbreaking of the London Cross Cultural Centre’s (CCLC) Doorways to Dreams project marks an exciting milestone for affordable housing in London, Ontario.
Doorways to Dreams is a new mixed-use affordable housing development located in London’s Old East Village. The development will provide 247 residential units across a six-storey building and a 24-storey tower, with approximately 41% of the homes designated as affordable housing. The project will also include community programming space, fitness amenities, commercial space, and health and wellness services designed to support residents and strengthen community connections.
