Who is Your Landlord?
Larlyn is a professional property management company, not the owner of the rental property. Your lease is with the property owner. Larlyn manages the day-to-day operation of the property, coordinates maintenance, communicates with residents, and administers tenancy on the owner’s behalf.
Some decisions, such as major expenditures or certain policy changes, require owner approval. Our role is to provide professional management while working closely with owners to protect and enhance their investment.
