and Suppliers of Goods and Services. To become a supplier of goods and services, vendors or suppliers are required to complete an “Application For Vendor Registration” and meet the minimum insurance requirements to be pre-qualified.
This form must be completed online. All vendors will be required to provide evidence of general liability and workers compensation insurance. Based upon the information provided in the pre-qualification process the vendor may be contacted to provide additional information or verify information submitted.
Firms currently decertified from performing work/services need not complete an application form.

Vendors and suppliers are required to have $2,000,000 of General Liability Insurance coverage and have a current WCB/WSIB Certificate of Good Standing in order. Vendors and suppliers who provide tangible goods only do not need to meet these requirements. Email Requirements
Our purchasing system will generate regular emails to vendors to notify them of purchase order requests, therefore, it is important for a vendor who is registering to use an email address that will never cease to exist as long as the vendor is operating.
