The Larlyn team works through on-site management
to bring to the property the advantage of a consistent management
style while expanding the skills, knowledge and experience upon
which the hotel and its Owners can rely. We view sales and
marketing as principally a property-based activity. Under the
specific guidance of senior Larlyn professionals and enhanced
through economies of scale, hotel managers are required to be
actively involved in establishing and implementing a marketing
program best-suited to the property.
Of particular importance to the management of
hotel properties is accurate and timely financial information.
All monthly hotel accounting including payroll, accounts payable and
monthly statement preparation are centralized off-site in order to
improve efficiency and reduce hotel payroll. Full
financial statements, based on a uniform system of accounts, along
with general ledger listings are submitted to the Owner each month.
