Larlyn Property Management Ltd. has recognized that a principal competitive advantage stems directly from developing an intelligent and effective team. With that in mind, Larlyn continuously focuses on training and development, and has become an industry leader in this regard.
Larlyn currently boasts an education funding system offered to employees that allows members of our team to access education funding for courses and programs. In addition to assisting with education funding, Larlyn became the first Property Management company in Ontario to gain authorized provider status from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) to teach ACMO college courses "in house" to our employees.
Known as the Larlyn Institute of Training, the company training umbrella
acts as the training and development backbone of our corporation. Within the institute, we develop, direct and administer internal training programs for employees in addition to funding outside programs. In conjunction with our Human Resources department, Division Manager's and team leaders contribute to the development, maintenance, administration and continuous improvement to internal certificate programs, which are designed to provide Larlyn employees with the fundamental knowledge skills and abilities to effectively carry out their jobs and ultimately meet the company mission statement and goals of each client.
