Commercial Property Manager
The Commercial Property Manager will assume full responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties throughout South Western Ontario and will excel at building trusted relationships with our tenants and owners alike. The successful candidate will have experience with commercial leasing, tenant relations, monthly performance reports to owners and will understand the construction and mechanical aspects of the buildings. Setting and meeting property budgets within owners expectations will be a measurement of performance in this position.
